We’re sitting out on the porch with our social distancing art show today. I am tickled by the fact that children, on foot, on bicycles, in groups, inspect all the paintings hung on our fence. Of course they run when greeted, and are certainly not buyers, but I am gratified to sow interest with future generations in the visual arts. Adults just think we’re weird, unless their child says, “Look Mom, beautiful flowers”. |
